We offer convenient home blood sample collection for bookings over ₹1001 within a 10 km radius of our lab. A ₹130 fee per visit applies. Our certified phlebotomists collect samples safely at your preferred time. (Note: Home collection is not available for urine tests.) Enjoy accurate, hassle-free testing right from home.

Turnaround Time for Test Reports
Report times vary by test. Routine tests like CBC or glucose are ready in 12–24 hours, while specialized tests may take 48–72 hours. Complex tests like allergy or genetic panels can take up to 7–10 days. The exact turnaround time is confirmed during booking, and you’ll be informed of any delays.

Service Availability
We currently serve selected areas in Pune and Pimpri–Chinchwad to ensure timely collection and accurate reporting. Services outside these areas are not yet available. Payment Options
We accept digital payments via UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, or bank deposits. Cash is not accepted at collection. After booking, you’ll receive a payment link by email and a UPI QR code on WhatsApp for quick, secure payment. For help, contact our billing support team.

Payment Receipt and Invoice
After payment, a computer-generated invoice and receipt are automatically sent to your registered email. They include all transaction details and serve as valid proof for insurance or corporate claims. Check your inbox or spam folder if you don’t receive them.
