Book tests, profiles, or health checkup packages via https://healthcarentsickcare.com, offline booking, WhatsApp (https://whatsform.com/aBA_h-), or email (info@healthcarentsickcare.com).

Services

Laboratory tests, test profiles, preventive health checkups, health cards, and doctor-prescribed tests.

  • Booking Modes: Online (website) or offline (call +91 9766060629, WhatsApp, email).
  • Service Types: Direct walk-in or home collection (for orders above ₹1001).
  • Payment Methods: UPI (Google Pay), debit/credit cards, wallets via Razorpay India.
  • Reporting: Results in 6–72 hours via email or secure WhatsApp.
  • Pre-Processing: 4–6 hours from sample collection.

Refund Conditions

  • Full Refund: Request before specimen is sent for processing, on the same day of booking, sample collection, or lab receipt.
  • Half Refund: If sample is collected (lab or home) and in pre-processing stage.
  • No Refund: If specimen is processed or report is generated.
  • Refund Request: Email support@healthcarentsickcare.com and admin@healthcarentsickcare.com with written request. Phone calls, SMS, or WhatsApp messages not accepted.
  • Refund Mode: Via original payment method (except UPI). For UPI (including Google Pay), provide NEFT bank details, as UPI refunds are not supported.
  • Refund Processing: 5–7 days, subject to banks and Razorpay.
