healthcare nt sickcare is a medical laboratory service provider based in Pune, Maharashtra, India. We provide diagnostic laboratory testing services and do not sell physical goods. Accordingly, this policy governs refunds only and not returns. This Refund Policy is framed in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act), Information Technology Act, 2000, and other applicable Indian laws. By booking any test or service with us, you agree to this Refund Policy along with our Terms of Service.

By booking a laboratory test, making a payment, or communicating with healthcare nt sickcare, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Refund Policy and consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data for refund handling, accounting, audit, and legal compliance purposes, in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Service Types

  • Direct walk-in laboratory services
  • Home collection facility (available for orders above ₹1001)

Payment Methods

  • UPI payments using WhatsApp-generated QR codes via Federal Bank (FedCorp)
  • Debit cards, credit cards, wallets, and UPI via Razorpay India (2)

Test Reporting

Test reports are typically delivered between 6 hours to 15 days, depending on test type, via email or secure WhatsApp, and are managed through Doray’s LIMS.

Refund Conditions

Refund eligibility depends on the stage of sample handling and processing:

  • Full Refund: If a refund request is raised on the same day of booking and before the specimen is sent for processing.
  • Partial Refund (50%): If the sample has been collected (lab or home collection) and is in the pre-processing stage.
  • No Refund: If the specimen has been processed or if the laboratory report has been generated.

Refund Request Procedure

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email only.

  • Refund requests via phone calls, SMS, or WhatsApp messages are not accepted.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible.
  • Alternatively, refunds may be processed via IMPS, UPI, or NEFT upon submission of correct bank details.
  • Processing time is typically 5–7 working days, subject to banking channels and Razorpay settlement timelines.

Customer Rights under Indian Law

As a customer, you are entitled to rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and DPDP Act, including:

  • Right to clear information about services and pricing
  • Right to seek refunds as per declared policy
  • Right to grievance redressal
  • Right to data access, correction, and lawful erasure (subject to statutory retention)

  • To deny refunds where services have been fully or partially rendered
  • To retain records for accounting, audit, taxation, and legal compliance
  • To disclose limited information to authorities if legally mandated (e.g., under Section 91 CrPC)
