Laboratory tests, test profiles, preventive health checkups, health cards, and doctor-prescribed tests.

Booking Modes: Online (website) or offline (call +91 9766060629, WhatsApp, email).
Service Types: Direct walk-in or home collection (for orders above ₹1001).
Payment Methods: UPI (Google Pay), debit/credit cards, pay later, wallets via Razorpay India.
Reporting: Results in 6–72 hours via email or secure WhatsApp.
Pre-Processing: 4–6 hours from sample collection.

Cancellations must be requested before specimen collection or pre-processing.
No cancellation if specimen is processed or the test report generated.
Full Refund: Approved cancellations receive a full refund if payment was successfully made, per our Refund Policy (https://healthcarentsickcare.com/policies/refund-policy).
Cancellation Charges (Home Collection Facility): ₹250 if cancelled within 12 hours of scheduled appointment. Pay via UPI ID 9766060629@okbizaxis or provided UPI QR code.
No Cancellation Charges: For Direct Walk-in services or cancellations made more than 12 hours before scheduled appointment.
