healthcare nt sickcare is an ISO 9001:2015 certified medical laboratory service provider based in Pune, Maharashtra, India. This Cancellation and Subscription Policy explains how test bookings, health checkups, and service subscriptions may be cancelled, and how related data is processed, in compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act), Consumer Protection Act, 2019, Information Technology Act, 2000, and other applicable Indian laws.

Consent Notice under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India)

By booking, subscribing to, or cancelling any laboratory service through our website, phone, WhatsApp, or email, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data for lawful purposes including booking management, cancellation handling, refunds, regulatory compliance, and service communication, in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Scope of Services

healthcare nt sickcare provides medical laboratory testing and reporting services only. We do not sell physical products. Accordingly, only cancellations apply; returns are not applicable.

  • Laboratory tests and individual investigations
  • Test profiles and preventive health checkup packages
  • Health cards and doctor-prescribed diagnostic tests

Booking Channels

Service Types

  • Direct Walk-in Facility
  • Home Collection Facility (for orders above ₹1001)

Payments

Payments are processed using Razorpay India (2) via UPI, debit/credit cards, wallets, or pay-later options.

Reporting Timelines

  • Reports delivered within 6 hours to 15 days
  • Delivery via email or secure WhatsApp
  • Test reporting and notifications managed through Doray’s LIMS (3)

Cancellation Conditions

  • Cancellations must be requested before specimen collection or pre-processing.
  • No cancellation is permitted once the specimen is processed or the report is generated.

Refund Eligibility on Cancellation

  • Full Refund: Approved cancellations before specimen collection, as per our Refund Policy.
  • No Refund: If specimen processing has started or report is generated.

Home Collection Cancellation Charges

  • ₹250 cancellation charge if cancelled within 12 hours of scheduled home collection
  • Payable via provided UPI QR code or authorised UPI ID
  • No charge for cancellations made more than 12 hours in advance

Direct Walk-in Cancellations

No cancellation charges apply for Direct Walk-in services, provided specimen collection has not occurred.

Cancellation requests are recorded and verified before approval. Written confirmation may be required.

Data Use & Sharing

We strictly do not sell, rent, or trade customer information to any third parties, firms, or individuals. Data related to cancellations may be shared only:

  • With payment processors such as Razorpay for refund reconciliation
  • With Doray’s LIMS for order and reporting status synchronisation
  • With lawful authorities if mandated under Section 91 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (CrPC)

All disclosures follow the principle of minimal data sharing and lawful necessity.
