- Changing or Cancelling: You can change, pause or cancel your subscription anytime by logging into your account or emailing our support team at support@healthcarentsickcare.com. Changes made before the next payment date will apply to the next scheduled test kit delivery. Upon cancelling, you will not receive any future shipments, but your current subscription period will remain active.
- Renewal and Returns: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each period unless cancelled in advance. Unused test kits can be returned unopened within 30 days for a full refund by contacting support. Damaged or missing components will be promptly replaced.
