Test processing may be performed by identified partner laboratories according to test availability, specimen requirements, quality procedures, and applicable accreditation scope.
ISO 9001:2015 relates to quality-management systems and should not be read as a clinical accreditation for every test. Where NABL accreditation is referenced, it applies only to the relevant partner laboratory and tests within that laboratory’s valid accreditation scope.
Specimen Collection and Test Limitations
- Follow the preparation instructions communicated for the specific test, including fasting, timing, medication disclosures, or special specimen requirements.
- Incorrect preparation, collection difficulty, transport delay, haemolysis, insufficient quantity, contamination, biological variation, or analytical interference can affect results.
