Can I book lab tests without a doctor’s prescription?
Most routine and preventive lab tests can be booked online without a prescription. Some specialised tests may still require one as per medical guidelines.
How do I book a lab test online?
Select your test, enter your area pincode, choose home collection or lab visit, select a date and complete payment online. See our How to book a home lab test guide.
What payment options are available?
We accept UPI, debit cards, credit cards and net banking. Cash payment is not accepted at sample collection.
Do lab tests require overnight fasting?
Fasting depends on the test. Tests like lipid profile or glucose may need 8–12 hours fasting, while many tests like CBC or thyroid do not.
Is home blood sample collection available?
Home sample collection is available in selected Pune and PCMC locations. Availability and charges are shown during booking.
Do you provide services outside Pune?
Currently, services are available in Pune and Pimpri–Chinchwad. Enter your pincode on the booking page to check availability.
How long does it take to receive test reports?
Routine reports are usually available within 12–24 hours. Specialised tests may take 48–72 hours or longer.
How will I receive my test reports?
Reports are shared securely via registered email and WhatsApp once ready.
Are my personal and medical details kept private?
Yes. All personal and medical data is protected using secure systems and strict access controls in compliance with privacy standards.
