Nature of Services

healthcare nt sickcare provides diagnostic laboratory services only. We do not sell physical goods and do not provide medical consultations, diagnoses, or treatment advice. All test results are for informational purposes and must be interpreted by a qualified medical practitioner. Please review our No Medical Advice notice.

Payments & Billing

  • UPI payments via Federal Bank (FedCorp) WhatsApp-generated QR codes
  • Debit cards, credit cards, wallets, and UPI via Razorpay India (2)

All payments are processed securely. healthcare nt sickcare does not store card or banking credentials. Payment processing and settlement timelines are governed by Razorpay and banking partners.

Sample Collection & Reporting

  • Pre-processing time: approximately 4–6 hours from sample collection
  • Report delivery: typically within 6 hours to 15 days, depending on test type
  • Reporting and notifications are managed through Doray’s LIMS (3)

User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate personal, demographic, and medical information
  • Follow test preparation instructions as provided (Test Preparation Guides)
  • Ensure timely payment and availability during home collection
  • Refrain from misuse, impersonation, or fraudulent activity

Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds are governed strictly by our Refund Policy. By booking a service, you acknowledge and agree to the refund conditions described therein.

Privacy & Data Protection

Your personal and health-related data is processed in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and our Privacy Policy.

We strictly do not sell, rent, or trade customer data to any third party, firm, or individual. Data is disclosed only when required by law, including to local, state, or national authorities under Section 91 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (CrPC), with minimal and lawful disclosure.
