Vivek Narayanankutty Nair – Founder & Partner
Vivek Nair is the visionary behind healthcare nt sickcare. At the age of 18, while studying commerce and business management in Solapur, he set out to build a meaningful healthcare business focused on affordability and transparency.
In 2006, Vivek co-founded VIVURA Ventures with his brother-in-law CG Unnikrishnan, initially operating as a lab testing service franchise of Thyrocare Laboratories Ltd. In 2009, he established healthcare nt sickcare as a standalone online medical laboratory in Pune.
Today, Vivek manages business promotions, digital assets, web services, and overall operational strategy, ensuring a smooth and reliable experience for patients across Pune.
Nivedita K – Partner for Operations
Nivedita K joined healthcare nt sickcare in 2007 as a professional phlebotomist, holding certification from a reputed paramedical institute in Pune. Over the years, she has grown into the role of Partner for Operations, becoming the backbone of daily lab functioning.
Nivedita oversees end-to-end lab operations, including sample collection, staff coordination, and quality control. She is a trusted and familiar face among more than 2,600+ families in Pune, known for her dedication, warm approach, and operational excellence.
Rachana S – Administration & Finance
Rachana S brings over 25 years of experience in administration and accounting across various MNCs in India. She joined healthcare nt sickcare in 2009 and plays a critical role in managing administrative and financial operations.
Rachana ensures smooth coordination across departments and helps maintain efficient home collection services. Her leadership supports a seamless patient journey—from booking to report delivery.
CG Unnikrishnan – Strategic Advisor
Commonly known as Unni, CG Unnikrishnan co-founded VIVURA Ventures with Vivek Nair in 2006. In the early years, he managed field operations, overseeing staff responsible for collecting test specimens from doctors, clinics, and hospitals.
Until 2013, VIVURA Ventures and later healthcare nt sickcare provided lab testing services to local labs and healthcare providers before transitioning into a standalone medical laboratory. Although Unni stepped back from daily operations in 2009, he continues to provide valuable strategic guidance.
We are grateful for his long-term contributions, enthusiasm, and support as part of our journey as a self-financed healthcare startup in Pune.
