Mona Shah – Consulting Pathologist
Mona Shah has been our Consulting Pathologist since 2008, bringing her expertise to healthcare nt sickcare on a contractual basis under an MOU. A qualified doctor from Gujarat, Mona previously worked with local labs in Baroda, honing her skills in pathology. Her role includes verifying samples, collection tubes, and testing methods, selecting external NABL-certified labs for outsourcing, training our phlebotomists for sample withdrawal, and ensuring reports are accurate before release. Known for her calm and shy demeanour, Mona is exceptionally punctual and meticulous in overseeing the testing process. We’re proud of her long-standing support and contributions to our team.
Vivek Narayanankutty Nair – Founder and Partner
Vivek Nair is the visionary behind healthcare nt sickcare, a family startup dedicated to transparent and cost-effective medical diagnostics. At the age of 18, while studying commerce and business management in Solapur, Vivek dreamed of creating a meaningful healthcare business. In 2006, he co-founded V!VURA Ventures with his brother-in-law, CG Unnikrishnan, initially operating as a lab testing service franchise of Thyrocare Laboratories Ltd. In 2009, he established healthcare nt sickcare as a standalone online medical laboratory. Vivek focuses on service over profit, currently managing business promotions, digital assets, web services, and ensuring smooth operations for our patients in Pune.
Nivedita K – Partner for Operations
Nivedita K joined healthcare nt sickcare in 2007 as a professional phlebotomist, holding a certificate from a reputed paramedical institute in Pune. Over the years, she has grown into the role of Partner for Operations, becoming the backbone of our lab. Nivedita is a beloved figure among our, 2600+ families in Pune, known for her charming personality and dedication. She oversees all lab operations, from sample withdrawal to reporting, ensuring every step meets our high standards of quality and care.
Rachana S – Administration and Finance Lead
Rachana S brings 25 years of experience in administration and accounting from various MNCs in India to healthcare nt sickcare. Since joining us in 2009, she has expertly managed our administrative and financial operations. Rachana also ensures our home collection services run smoothly, addressing patient needs with efficiency and care. Her leadership helps us maintain a seamless experience for every patient, from booking to results.
CG Unnikrishnan – Strategic Advisor
Commonly known as Unni, CG Unnikrishnan co-founded V!VURA Ventures with Vivek Nair in 2006. Initially, he managed field operations, overseeing staff who collected test specimens from doctors, clinics, and hospitals. Until 2013, V!VURA Ventures and later healthcare nt sickcare provided lab testing services to local labs and healthcare providers before transitioning to a standalone medical laboratory. Unni stepped back from daily operations in 2009 but continues to provide valuable inputs on operations and services. We’re grateful for his hard work, enthusiasm, and ongoing contributions to our success as a self-financed family startup in Pune.
