All grievances must be submitted in writing through one of the following official channels:

If you are dissatisfied with the resolution, you may escalate the matter under applicable Indian laws, including approaching the Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission or the Data Protection Board of India, as permitted under the DPDP Act.
