    Absolutely! We provide home collection services for most of our tests if the total charges of your tests exceed ₹999.00. Our skilled phlebotomists will come to your home or preferred location to collect the blood sample, ensuring a convenient and hassle-free testing process.

  • Can you send my report on WhatsApp?

    We take the privacy and confidentiality of our patients' medical reports very seriously. Therefore, we do not send reports via WhatsApp or any other social media platforms. We ensure that the reports are delivered securely through our online portal or email to the registered email ID provided at the time of booking the test. You can access your reports anytime from our online portal and even share them with your doctor if needed. If you face any difficulty in accessing your reports, please reach out to our customer support team, and they will assist you with the process.

  • Do you have the option to pay at the time of blood collection?

    Yes, we do offer payment at the time of blood collection. Payment can be made through various online modes such as UPI, debit/credit card, net banking, or cash deposit at our designated bank accounts.

  • How and when my test reports will be delivered?

    Test reports are typically delivered within 24–48 hours after the sample collection, depending on the test. Reports can be accessed online through our patient portal or delivered to you via email or physical mail.
