Why Preventive Health Check Required?

I Am Healthy, Why Should I Do Health Checkup?

Our health is our investment. Taking care of our health is of the utmost importance. But in our daily life, we keep on looking for excuses to not visit healthcare canter. Be it for saving money or for other reasons like ‘I am too young and healthy to go to a doc’, ‘I don’t have time today; maybe next week, I’ll get an appointment…’, we keep on ignoring our health. We do not understand the fact that performing regular health check-ups from a young age can actually save you. Saving some rupees today by ignoring periodic check-ups, we increase the risk of occurrence of several health issues in the future.

Do I Need To Carry Doctor’s Prescription?

Yes, we require a prescription if you are approaching us after the doctor’s laboratory test advice. We may still ask you for a doctor’s prescription for a few tests which can’t be undertaken without a doctor’s note. Doctor prescription is not mandatory for most of our preventive health checkup packages.

Do I Get Refund If Booking Cancelled?

Yes. We have a 100% refund policy with conditions. Check our cancellation and refund policy before ordering.

Do You Provide Home Collection Facility Service?

We provide free home visit collection service if you book online in Pune And Pimpri Chinchwad City Limits. If you prefer to book offline, then very nominal charges applied on top of the total test amount (Rs80 per visit up to 10km from Aundh and Rs130 per visit from 10km from Aundh, Pune).

How I Get My Test Reports?

Our test reporting system is a complete cloud-based. You will get intimation over SMS and email once you do a test with us. Once your complete report is ready, you will again be noticed with an SMS and email. You can use the link provided in the intimation and use login credentials to open the reports. A hard copy of the report is an option. You can either collect the hard copies from our laboratory on working hrs with prior intimation or we will courier it to your given address.

Do You Offer A Discount?

Yes. We have monthly discount coupons for online lab test bookings. Visit our ‘offer of the month’ page to use the ongoing discount offers.

Do I Need To Fast Before the Lab Test?

Some blood tests will require you to fast from 8-12hrs overnight. In these cases, your doctor will instruct you not to eat or drink anything, except water, in the hours leading up to the test. Most of the tests do not require overnight fasting. Speak to us before you book the test.

How To Prepare For The Lab Test?

Inform your doctor and laboratory manager if you are on any medications, have any allergies or underlying medical conditions before your blood test. Usually, your doctor will give specific instructions depending on your condition on how to prepare for a pathology lab test.

Can I Take My Medicines Before Having A Blood Test?

It depends on the type of blood test you’re having and what medication you take. Few drugs may affect or interact with the blood test result. Hence, all medications should be reported to the doctor before undergoing this test. You should never stop taking prescribed medication unless advised to do so by your doctor.

Do I Need To Visit Doctor After My Lab Test Report?

You should always return to the doctor after each blood test, to go over the results in person, instead of relying on a phone call or chat. If there’s anything that jumps off the page as egregiously abnormal, your doctor will tell you. But if certain indicators are just a little out of range in either, it’s important to know that as well.

Do The Children Need To Undergo Health Checkup?

Children are the most energetic folks, and perhaps therefore parents cannot see the need for early health checkups for them. This screening and test are not merely because your child might have fallen sick, but preventive methods to ensure the growth of the child happens most naturally. Also, this is the best way for the doctor to understand what is healthy for the individual kid. Recommended blood tests for children are CBC, anemia, minerals, urine routine and vitamins.

Do I Need To Pay For Home Visit Collection Facility?

No, Home Visit is Absolutely Free If You Book Your Test Online. The home visit is chargeable if you book the test offline over call, form and texts messages (Rs80 per visit up to 10km from Aundh and Rs130 per visit from 10km from Aundh, Pune).

When Should I Pay For The Test?

We Encourage You To Book And Pay Online. Pay 100% advance payment for the test on both home visit collection service and direct walk-in laboratory service. We cannot process the specimen if the full amount is not received, and it’s a system controlled process.

Who Will Collect My Blood? How My Sample Will Transported To The Laboratory?

Our team of phlebotomists is highly trained. He/she will collect the blood from your home at your scheduled time. The appointment schedule and tracking are system generated. There will be intimation over SMS and email every step and process. Samples are transported to the laboratory at the earliest to minimise any pre-analytical error.

What Happens If I Don’t Get The Call From Your Laboratory or Phlebotomist Do Not Come On Time?

It rarely happens and we intimate this in advance if occurs. If this may happen because of unexpected reasons like a vehicular problem, earlier patient, who’s the phlebotomist visiting may take more time to collect the specimen, etc. You can call on +91 9766060629 and someone from our end will help you.

Can My Doctor Get My Reports Over SMS or Email?

We maintain the privacy of your medical records. You can access, download and share your test report from the link you receive in your email and SMS. You can easily share your report with your doctor in a pdf format through email or other sharing options.

Can I Hide My Identity For Some Tests? e.g. HIV Test

No. We need proper identification of the person whose test is going to perform. We need your full name, age, sex, contact number, address, and email id before undergoing the test. We never share your test information and medical reports over email, call, text or never allowed to access it through any digital medium. You can check our privacy policy.

Do You Serve Outside Pune?

Unfortunately, we haven’t served outside the Pune City limits. We serve up to 30km radius from our location or entire belt of Pune and Pimpri Chinchwad.

You Do Covid Tests?

No. We are not doing any of the covid detection markers, including blood specimen and swab tests, e.g. RA PCR For Covid, Covid Antigen Test, etc.

How Can I Pay You For My Blood Tests?

You can pay using UPI, Cards, Net-Banking, And Using Our Payment Link. Please Note That We Don’t Accept Cash.
